Roberta Denning

Roberta Denning is a member of the Board of Trustees at Stanford University, where she earned an undergraduate degree in English and later an MBA. In 2017, Denning was awarded one of Stanford’s highest honors, the Gold Spike Award, for her advocacy of the arts and humanities at the school. Denning helped found the Stanford Arts Advisory Council in 2006.
She serves on the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors of The Shed. She is also chair of the Board of Trustees of the Storm King Art Center and a member of the Advisory Board for Columbia Global Reports.
Earlier in her career, Denning worked at Time Inc., HBO, and Newsweek.
