Ravi Kailas is the Chairman and Founder of the Mytrah Group, one of India's premiere business groups with interests spanning renewable energy, electric vehicles and technology. Ravi has been a serial entrepreneur in India for over thirty years, seeking "tangential solutions" to build innovative business models during the telecom, software and infrastructure revolutions in the country. He is a master pacer, meditator and family man.

In early 2019, Ravi will be publishing a book on corporate trusteeship, an enquiry into value creation for modern day entrepreneurs, which is to be released by Harper Collins. He is passionate about the ways that the competitive spirit engendered by capitalism can be reformed or channeled to promote a more equal distribution of outcomes across society. He is a Trustee of the Pravaha Trust and is dedicating the next decades to building a new model for philanthropy/wealth redistribution in emerging economies.
