Fadi Ghandour is the Executive Chairman of Wamda Group, a venture platform that invests, nurtures, and builds ecosystems of entrepreneurship across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

He is co-founder of Aramex, one of the world’s leading logistics companies. Fadi spent the first thirty years of his professional life as CEO of Aramex, making it the leading emerging markets logistics company employing over 15,000 people and operating in 90 countries. He took the company public twice, first on the NASDAQ, a pioneer move for a firm from the Arab world, and then on the Dubai Financial market. He continues to serve actively on the Aramex board.

Fadi has helped found several other companies and non-profits ranging from those in digital technology, hospitality, food and beverages, fitness and wellness, and security. Passionate about social impact and social entrepreneurship, Fadi founded and is the chairman of Ruwwad for Development, a community empowerment platform that helps people across several countries in the MENA region to overcome marginalization through activism, civic engagement, education, and financial inclusion. He also co-founded and supports one of the leading not-for-profit sports clubs in Jordan.
