Louise Jolly is a French calligrapher and plastic artist.

She has been exploring the notion of “letters” and “line” for nearly 15 years. She has trained under the guidance of master calligraphers including Laurent Rébéna, Claude Médiavilla, Denise Lach, Massimo Pollelo among others.

Her work ranges from traditional Latin calligraphy to abstract compositions on paper, wood, or stone. Since 2011, she has taken part in several collaborative and personal exhibitions in and around Fontainebleau (France).

Two of her calligraphied envelopes were awarded “honorable mention”, and “winner” in the “Graceful Envelope Contest” in 2010 and 2011.

Her work was also selected to take part in the “International Calligraphy Grand Prix” and exhibited in Westerlo (Belgium) in 2014.
